Our client was charged with 3 others with Conspiracy to Commit Fraud by False Representation.
The alleged fraud was valued at £700,000 between November 2008 and March 2011.
Originally arrested on 11th May 2011 and today at the Old Bailey the Crown offered no evidence against our client.
