Trishna Kerai

Legal Caseworker

Trishna is an experienced Consultant Caseworker at Bark&co, with over 10 years of experience in working in criminal defence. Coming from Brent herself, she has seen the effects of criminal injustice, which encouraged her to join the industry of criminal defence.

She has experience of working on a combination of criminal cases ranging from murder, gang-related offences, drug related offences, firearms, and a broad range of other serious offences.

Known for her caring, down to earth, yet fearless nature, she has developed a loyal client following ensuring every individual receives dedicated and professional service, whether publicly or privately funded. She provides honest, clear, and comprehensive advice in order to ensure that clients have realistic expectations in relation to their cases.

She is careful and attentive in her work and can quickly ascertain whether a client’s case will benefit from expert assistance, whether that will be a psychiatric assessment, a cell-site analyst, ballistics expert, or any other type of specialism.

Outside of work, Trishna is an Ambassador for Smile Train UK, a charity that raises money to treat babies worldwide born with a cleft lip.
