R v AJ – Malisha is defending a high-profile celebrity client who is charged with a very serious rape allegation involving two complainants.
NCA v HB – HB was charged with a conspiracy to facilitate unlawful immigration and money laundering by the NCA.
R v GD – GD was charged with a conspiracy to defraud £1.4 million. This was a highly sophisticated courier fraud with 12 co-defendants. Malisha thoroughly prepared the case for trial.
