Magdalena Motyl Of Bark&co Instructed In Most High-Profile Extradition Case Of 2017

Bark&co has been instructed to represent Michael Herba the Polish national who is alleged to have been involved in the kidnapping of English model Chloe Ayling in Italy.  Mr Herba was arrested on a European Arrest Warrant issued by the Italian authorities. The Extradition Hearing is due to take place in due course at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. This case has attracted massive national and international press attention.
