Bark&co represented a former managing director of Deutsche Bank in connection with allegations of insider dealing at a number of banks, hedge funds and other large financial institutions by the Financial Conduct Authority (formally the FSA).

The investigation is described by the FCA as the largest and most complex insider dealing case to date. The prosecution – conducted by the FCA and SOCA – has, according to Reuters, “sent shockwaves through the country’s financial industry.”

Mr D. denied any allegations of wrongdoing.
