Senior Solicitor Alison Hill is currently representing a client accused of making corrupt payments contrary to s.1(1) Prevention of Corruption Act 1906, amongst other offences.  One allegation relates to commission payments said to have been made to an agent in Saudi Arabia, acting on behalf a company based in the UK, which payments are said by the prosecution to have been corrupt.   The indictment period dates back to 2004, and issues arise relating to the delay in instigating proceedings.

Trial is listed for 2nd October 2017 at Inner London Crown Court.

We have instructed Catherine Rabaiotti of 5 Paper Buildings.
